Tribulations, struggles

In our ever-changing lives

To heed Your will
To be on track
To know right from wrong
Questions, we never seem to lack

Your children grown
Within Your care
Wanting to please You
While needing to know what is fair

Meshed in Your love
Guided by Your Word
Thankful for His Sacrifice
He alone endured

We keep our eyes
On the everlasting light
Filled with Holy desire
To please, not to spite

We wonder
Where do You begin
And Lord,
Where do I end?
