Dirt

Some folks are hired,
To either create...
Or dig up dirt on others.
However...
Digging up dirt to discover,
It easily found and dumped to find...
Belonging to one,
Hoping to undermine.
With drooling scandal.
Dripping with delicious controversy?
Years ago to know,
How much people can not let go...
Of gossip.
No matter how old that gossip is.
Will be that someone,
Dumping their own dirt.
Where it is easy to find.
And collected...
Without mistakening,
Who it is in pictures posing...
In nothing else but a wide smile!

'We were assigned to dig up dirt,
On this guy.
Not only is the dirt much older,
Than the internet and cellphones.
But look at the pictures.
Autographed.
What joke is this?'

'Well...
Who is naked and smiling?
And this 'dirt'?
It even has a date on it.
1974.
Long before 'selfies' were taken.
And self righteousness,
Became the rage.
Plus...
That old stuff to call 'dirt'...
Can be seen on TV, MOVIES.
And in the halls of justice.'

'Yeah, but...
Today?
They don't call that dirt!'

'Oh? Sooo...
What do they call that garbage?'

'A way of life,
Truth is trying to destroy.'

'And here we are,
Looking to dig up filth.
And hidden unadmitted dirt,
On someone posing with it.
While deceiving creeps,
Are crawling around everywhere.
Lieing through,
Their chicklet size white teeth.'

'That's their 'normalcy' preferred.
