Eccentric goat!

GIDRAF MWANGI 1992 (Murang'a)

Our goat is queer
With a long beard
That sloshes in water
As he drinks beer
 
When he sleeps
He snores loud
Chewing no cud
But snapping teeth
 
He is an image of terror
When he offers to greet
Raising his fore hoof
Winking at you!
 
He made my son Ndung’u
Take away like a rocket
While yelling to Murungu
Towards the witchdoctor
 
Oh my dear goat
Male but producing milk
Eating grass and twigs
That have to be salted!
