Analysis of Vcr
Pause everything she was doing right now,
Rewind through her mind, she was wrong somehow,
Stop and think about what she last said,
Play it all back what went on in her head…
She fast forwarded through years upon years,
In which she's the main character, holding back tears,
Her point of view was she's always right
When she rewound it all, there was nothing to fight
Stop all the time that echoes the world,
Fast forward through the parts when she's just a little girl
Pause at the last scene that she could find
The one that rewinds and plays back in her mind
As she stares at the screen, thoughts rush through her head
She watches over and over, what she last said,
Her heart breaks, when she looks up to his face,
A feeling that try as she might, can never be replaced.
The scene replays as if there's a knick in the film
A tear strolls down as if by free will.
It stops once more and the tape plays again.
Wishes of which against she can't defend.
Stop the world, again, once more,
Rewind to the moment he walked in the door
Pause when she saw the look on his face,
Then fast forward when she hears her say “he's dead!”
