Analysis of Sun Suites
I went crazy for you
The kids were terrified
But someday they would hate you
And I would be justified
So the night I left you
The children were screaming “no!”
But I already had it in my mind
It was best for me to go
But O all the tears that they cried!
And O all the tears that they keep inside!
I would lie in my hotel room
Staring at nothing at all
Sometimes I wouldn’t see you
But mostly you’re all I saw
At home protecting your family
A role you hadn’t played yet
Then the walls closed in upon me
I know how scared you get
But O all the tears that you cried!
And O all the tears that you keep inside!
