Analysis of Stay Forever Young

I'd like to make the people laugh
and know a heartfelt joy
I'd like to shape the circle graph
and cause sections to cloy

I'd like to skip the constant grind
and let all conflicts cease
I'd like to still my rambling mind
and gain a simple peace

I'd like to have a fighting chance
and beat the hunger war
I'd like to earn a game of chance
and win a whole lot more

I'd like to count a thousand sheep
and shear each to the flesh
I'd like to get a good night's sleep
and wake up feeling fresh

I'd like to throw a cheerful bash
and play a trumpet horn
I'd like to run the five yard dash
and see past records torn

I'd like to croon the legend song
and find a higher rung
I'd like to live robust and strong
and stay forever young
