Analysis of Ramblings (Ode' To Louisiana)

Our world is slowly being taken away from us through the constant reoccurrence of natural and national disasters. we run around in circles searching for answers we never look to the real master, but the one we put before him, only to see the real identity of "govern-mental" society. losing our homes, our lives, our loved ones, our faith just to have a piece of something we often times hate but eat it anyway and it makes our bellies ache and some of us even throw up at the thought. look at the war we're now fighting and the battles we've in the past faught. never really had a reason to be involved but our people are so caught up worse than Usher not close to opening their eyes to see that WE are killing WE; not one man killing one man, but one man killing humanity. strippin us of our real identity a chosen species placed on the pedistal by the Almighty. our children cry cause they don't understand why we lost our home and the water washed away the land around their swing set. now its covered with mud and the neighbor's dog's blood, and will be fossilized on a memory of how things was. not wanting to cry with them, you try to show them another way other than this pain that you see in their eyes today "we have each other, we have faith, we have life, we have hope, we have love." only if they really knew; that in this world, today-- It surely seems like that's not enough! Until my struggle is yours and yours is mine we will never truly see that we're being led blind. if we dont look at what matters and make better choices and pay a smaller cost, what we're losing now will not be the only things lost. our souls will be damned and they say hell is worse.. Can you picture that? Hell being worse than this hell we suffer here on earth? We need to put the right master back in the seat far a perminent stay and keep it that way. unless, we come together with true faith, hope, and love as a whole, we may as well lay in the mud along side that swing and fossilize with the memories of "how it was"..

Kandayia Ali (Kanday Reign)

WELCOME TO KANDAY'S WORLD...Public Relations Specialist, Entertainment Marketing/Management, Event Planner- Coordinator- Promoter, Poet/Writer, Abstract/Surreal Artist, Photographer, Singer, Volunteer, Mom, Community Activist & Life Coach are just some of the titles she's recognized for holding. There will be many more to follow as her journey in life is still in its beginning stage.Kanday's (Also known as, Kathlean Brown) drive and determination to make an impact is a self-motivated reflex. "I don't need anyone to ask me to do anything- all that is needed is for me to open up my eyes and SEE that ultimately a solution has to be created and implemented. That's where I come in!"Kanday currently volunteers her time, services and finances through Jagud Eye Studioz (Business, Career and Entertainment Consulting), The DOA Organization (The Doshas Of Ayurveda NPO), Advanced Alternatives and The 38Hot Empire where she donates food, business services and life/health/career management assistance to those in need. She also stands in affiliation of other non-profit organizations throughout the world and gives her time, energy and talents where it is needed most. "Uplifting others only leaves room for you too to be uplifted."HER ART FORM: There has been many words used to try to describe me and my style of art, music and literature, and honestly there aren’t any available that will give you a true idea of who I am and why I create the art that I create. I consider myself “uniquely undefined” with an “afro-cen-clectic” way of expressing myself….I live, laugh and love through my naturally sensual nature and I’m very open and a lover of all things created (knowing that its a part of a universal circle that is also a part of me). I love the mental, visual and verbal pleasures in life; The physical pleasures I seek are a result of these needs being met.HER POETRY: The literature I compose fall into several different genres, ranging from sublime political to pure erotica. I love playing with words and idea concepts.Sharing my thoughts through articles, short stories, essays, poetry and reviews is how I release my energy to the world. Some people may like my opinions and are free to share their thoughts- and I extend that same warm invite to those who oppose my choices and opinions to share their thoughts as well.HER ART & DESIGNS: I’m an “artistic voyeur” with an aggressively creative eye for photography surreal, abstract and erotic art. I love the sensuality, design, curves and details of the human anatomy. Those willing to expose their sexuality freely to the world intrigue my senses and inspire me to create my work(s). Art is given new meaning when created from an erotic standpoint. My art form speaks from deep inside me. It has allowed me to be reborn into a new being- who’s life is solely to create and enhance the beauty in all things we have forgotten.RECENT ACHIEVEMENTS: In Feb. 2010, Kanday was chosen to win and wear the title as one of the many Black Women Making History. "This is truly an honor and it gives me more inspiration and energy to push forward to continue to make a difference in the world around me."IN CONCLUSION: My journey and those around me that I come into contact with will surely see that I ‘m a supportive, straight forward and not easily knocked off focus. I’m definitely someone that is rare- and I offer to open up the books and share myself with you. Let my eyes show you the beauty I see…. You be the judge. This is only the beginning- Kanday is in this for the long-run and she plans on being there to stand tall till the end... more…
