Analysis of Pen and Soul
Pen and Soul
Deep within my words
mired within my life
soaked beneath my pen
bleeding upon my soul's end
Prose that touch the spirit
and rise within my eyes
leaves a mist upon my vision
once more before my cheeks
As my writings on my paper
blend on my big blacken desk
for an ink that pours my mind
before my essence can rest
