Analysis of Mark as Bad

Mark as bad
for what reason I don't know
I heard a lot of people uttering
mean jokes sending messages in
email to discourage my heart.
When they are supposed to be a man
of God.

Lord help me to work
humble and not of pride when I
think I am so powerful I can make a
person want to lie down and die.

Give me a kind word to say to everyone
and not turn my nose up and say, you're
nothing, a low life, or a punk.

Let me encourage people's hearts with a
poem or a song to let them know they are
wanted and not dirt
under my nails or pieces of crumbs.

Let me not mark any one bad. Let me
be able to speak a kind word or make
someone smile or laugh.

And if someone is just having a bad
day and for some reason or another
they can't be so pleasant to me with
a kind word; let your love through me
overshadow them and
turn their hearts towards God, with
your magnificent omnipresent,
power and love
