Analysis of Lost
Lost
I am very saddened
From my hurting heart
For the words once spoken
Causing us to part
It was a courtship made in heaven
Where we danced on the clouds
Then the rain came
And brought our love down
Holding things together
Was our final straw
When the sun came
Our love ended in the thaw
I now cry from my eyes
For what I didn't see
That we were in love
As I sigh on my sleeve
To change what could have been
Is not within my choice
For I cannot find the words
Deep within my voice
