Analysis of Hearts Fire

Heart's Fire
Settlements rising near Shires Landing, grain growing in fields
Hearts burning on fire, in masses wondering what love yields.
From the rise of a morning warmth, in the radiance of her glory,
Flames of heat touched against skin in fervour of an open story.

Torrent is the sun's glow that reaps within a world of perhaps.
Spectrums filled in light surge in violent flows upon snowcaps.
While trickling waters descend briskly in ebbs floods on the shire.
As the sun, magnetises it's will upon new passions of hearts fire.

A bale of hay lay in the field of flaxen wheat below the sun's array.
While a heated passion burns, flashes under the new coming day.
Souls of desire tinged in sadness yearn for shades of a lover's lust.
In the town square beneath a flaring sun, looking for loves trust.

Within my hearts mind I feel the pageantry of her fond devotion.
From two soul's burning fire, flesh upon flesh joined in emotions.
Shroud in love, coveted by all yet found by few in earth's realm.
Beneath the perils, love roots upon the surface like the rising Elm.

Forbidden fruit dangles in propriety of smouldering soul's demise.
Given to our loves risk; takers of two hearts in an endless sunrise.
Madness is my spirit for the essence she brings to the shedding light.
In Shires Landing where our love will last forever in the given nights.

Norman Wilson

IntroductionForgotten are the times the tick of a clock once chimed sobering sounds that caressed my hearts nightly dreams. As I awaken to the touch of light that burns upon a candles wick flickering my words for all to see. This drives my thoughts through the darkest of nights of loneliness that renders my quill upon parchment with ink that dances to minds and souls. Now I hear the screeching of my heart when the blue horizon covers the orb of emptiness.Within the shelter of my mind with little, purpose other than my words that keep me sane. These are my new poems I have written in the quiet of my night, forever wished away in a writer’s pain. As I strive to write that perfect poem that, my soul desperately seeks. Then and only then can my words rest upon a sleep. more…
