Analysis of for you i would
Anny McNeilus 1982 (Minnesota)
I wish I could take all the anger and pain from inside of you
I wish you were not so cynical and blind to what is true
I'd do anything to make you smile
I give up so much to feel your love if only for a short while
you dangle your love in front of me me only to jerk it away
and yet I still believe that we will be together someday
though I feel beaten by your words and actions
you walking away over and over brings no satisfaction
the connection between us undeniable
the feelings you put in me undescribable
I pray that you will hold me in your arms forever
the ties you've entwined into my heart, nothing can sever
