Analysis of for the ones we lost

morning noon night
time fades away
so does the people on the face of this earth

how sad it is I walked passed you not even with a notice
when you smiled I was far in a frown
when you cried I was high in a clown
and trapped in the clouds I suspended my sweet words from you

hands not willing to pair
ears not willing to hear
heart not willing to share
I was here... I was there
but hardly by you... that wasn't fair

but imagine how it could be so.. if we could rewind time
and say all that had locked up.. tied together.. choked up hardly rendered
but I know you're gazing down with a smile on your face saying....

you have that chance with each volume of air you breathe
to show that love today to the ones who still live

see my friends
there is no tick tock second to waste on mixed up feeling of wrath and grudges... let it all go
because today our flesh stands on two feet
but tomorrow it may be lying down beneath six feet
