Analysis of Drama (My Father Part 2)

My dad is coming back
I thought time hurried him
My feelings is running back
I thought my heart buried him
All these years
All these tears
All these fears
I'm switching gears
He returned to my grandparents house mooching
Polluting evil air in my house
Who told him he could come back and reside on the couch
At night I lay alone in my bed waiting for him to burn
I stare at my closed bedroom door making sure the knob doesn't turn
Open for him just to walk in
Mind stalking
Who let the Hulk in
This monster with a mean wrath
Who destroys anything in his path
Why is he here
Why won't he leave
Why does he care
Why doesn't his feelings grieve
I know that something must be done
Should I hire a house bouncer
Should I call 911
Should I talk to the school counselor
He looks for a conversation but I refuse to fuss
His wife left him so he ran over here to us
He gets in the way of my friends
My routines are coming to a end
My girl is starting to worry about me again and again
During the night when he rests
I hover over him out of stress
With a knife to his neck
I look forward to his death
In the streets I wish that someone would hurt or rob him
I can't worry about these other kids
I got my own problems
I can't talk to my friends,
So I can't solve them
This has gone way past the problem meter
I'm involved in all this drama but this ain't theater
So I can't act like there’s nothing going on

This drama will never end

Tylee Martin

This is Tylee and I want to apologize for my egotistic behavior. Everyone on this site is extremely talented and I don't have the right to say that I'm better than anyone. No matter how good you are there is always someone better.A few of you seemed mighty upset because of my over confidence and I have learned from my mistakes. Im still going to write confident poems but Im am going to just watch how I do it.I guess I just wanted to be good like everyone on this site. more…
