Analysis of Chosen path

It’s the path that I chose
Because it’s the path that arose
Yes I go with the flow
Comfortable not to know
Just where I’m going to go
What’s around the bend
Where I’ll wind up in the end
Like a leaf in the wind
But really I’m caught
Between now and then
I can’t pretend
Because in the end
It’s my own heart
That I have to mend
