Analysis of Binding Hearts

Binding Hearts
The shackle that binds my heart will now be exposed.
Like the temperate sultry winds that gently blow.
For my love for you will never become old,
Beneath the breath of thoughts told.

Disquieting is not a virtue of my heart that yearns for you
In a mind numbingly angst, that raises me from a blue.
Nervous and awkward I suffered on our first meet,
As a taste of nectar, you appeared so sweet.

Under a nebulous of life, our love nurtures in an orb of birth.
In the cosmos that dwindles in green and azure laden on earth.
While vying your beauty of heart and feeling the arrows of our love.
Deep within our souls, rendered naked in a vat of murk and crud.

Together we will rise in a new world, raised upon the milk of breasts.
As we join in bare coverings of love thereafter in passions of our rest.
Our solitude of bindings severed in a spirit of our two souls, complete.
Precious is our faithfulness beyond devotion when our hearts did meet.

Norman Wilson

IntroductionForgotten are the times the tick of a clock once chimed sobering sounds that caressed my hearts nightly dreams. As I awaken to the touch of light that burns upon a candles wick flickering my words for all to see. This drives my thoughts through the darkest of nights of loneliness that renders my quill upon parchment with ink that dances to minds and souls. Now I hear the screeching of my heart when the blue horizon covers the orb of emptiness.Within the shelter of my mind with little, purpose other than my words that keep me sane. These are my new poems I have written in the quiet of my night, forever wished away in a writer’s pain. As I strive to write that perfect poem that, my soul desperately seeks. Then and only then can my words rest upon a sleep. more…
