Analysis of A Moment Of Time
Time without clocks
watching us
watching them
spending spinning hands
fading moments
erasing faces in time
If only we could hold
the seconds from spilling
and filling the hourglass
our hugs would last longer
The ones we love
would never grow older and die
If only the moments
we had wouldn't vanish into thin air
by the turning of hands
Vanish like the words
we haven't said yet
to let them know we care
If only time
wouldn't steal those three breaths
left in my chest
unexpressed
If only I had a second or more
It would only take a second or less to say
If only time wouldn't slip away
above you
in a cloud of regret
I wouldn't forget to say
"I Love You"
