Analysis of Dans



n Dogtertjie kom sy die lewe in.
Haar ouers druk haar styf vas,
"Jy's ons sin"

sy kruip, en loop, en begin te dans
Die musiek raak wild
maar sy hou balans

Die wêreld se ritme klop saam haar hart
Sy huppel en dans
vir almal the part

Sy's trots maar skaam
Die liedjie speel aan
haar asem raak vlak
sy weier om te knak, haar drome is groter

Vasgevang tussen triomf en misluk
fluister God vir haar
"onthou jy is my meesterstuk"
