Analysis of The World Is My Oyster
The world is my oyster:
It's raw and it's wet,
And it's just as slimy
As slimy can get.
It drills down to the lowest,
Darkest place it can get to;
It's hard, closed, and rough
And will gastricly upset you.

About this poem
I often attempt humor in poetry, and not just in limerick form. This one is supposed to make you laugh, although you may find a bit of truth to it, too, depending on how your life is going currently.
