Analysis of Cosmic Brethren With One Goal

Do not be flustered if you find,
This poem challenges the mind.
To question what is false or real;
To know the truth, beyond the pale.

Finding ways to bring together,
Vagrant lives, all as a tether.
Binding each, though far or near;
Yoked with tender loving care.

Born under sign of Gemini,
This poet roams ‘twixt low and high.
At cusp of water and the moon;
His artistry to find a boon.

The family of humankind,
Must find again, some way to bind,
The broken ties that separate;
With the result to render hate.

I am the betwixt and the between,
Courting both the seen and the unseen.
Bearer of light, seeking the dark;
To find within a precious spark.

For what is lost, can yet be found,
Returning us to higher ground.
Let poetry be the potion, friends;
Enjoining all to make amends.

Double, double, ‘midst life’s troubles,
A poet’s broth brings healing bubbles.
And with a touch of mercury;
Quicksilver lines of poetry.

A potion to transform the soul,
Distempered lives, to make them whole.
For some, a chance to find rebirth;
To reconcile their lives on earth.

For most of us, that’s common sense,
A chance to gain some recompense.
A way to get a refreshed start;
In life’s living, make it art.

The metaphysics of life’s play,
In giving meaning to each day.
The alchemy to find that spark;
That brightens everything that’s dark.

The emptiness that strives for hope,
To find a way in life to cope.
Earth, Air, Fire, Water — the mix;
The Magnum Opus is the fix.

And from this mix now comes the stew,
Alchemically, a potent brew.
With lines of poetry, some askew;
Selected to start life anew.

For those who choose to lend an ear,
This poet thanks you that you care.
Together, then, let’s seek to mend;
All those things that do offend.

As comrades, we are unified,
With new-found strength that’s magnified.
Cosmic brethren with one goal;
Seeking victory for each soul.
