Analysis of My other half

For years I've dreamed about you,  a goddess and my queen
How can I dream about this light that I had never seen
Overwhelming recognition I have no way to define
The soul I see within you is the reflection of mine
After months of pondering and praying,  the questions that I have asked
I realize that you are from my most distant past
Infinite incarnation with your shining,  brilliant,  soul
When I'm in your presence,  I feel as if I'm whole
You break me down,  build me up, give me what I need
Not always what I want,  but you've planted quite the seed
This push and pull between us, puts my ego in a bind
But the Lord comes to inform me,  I can't control this with my mind
For we are from the fifth dimension,  where ego has no place
Where love is the only rule, it transcends all time and space
This truth has caused discomfort,  and more than shook me to the core
Doesn't always feel like a gift, in fact it's like my daily chores
I dropped this intuition as I stopped being a child
First time in your presence,  it all came back as anything but mild
Now I feel all your emotions,  from depression to your smiles
I can't escape the connection,  despite how many miles
Ego says it would drop these gifts, if the world could return to making sense
God says his is THE calling,  for which there is no recompense
To tell you that I love you,  would truly be understated
Our souls are intertwined,  this connection  is fated
