Analysis of Bottle Cap

How does one understand when feelings are shut away?
The bottle is closed tightly, put off until another day.
Hold it in and hold it back with a need to explode
Feeling the relief of escaping to alleviate the load
My heart is beating fast and my breathing is so heavy
I had no idea to expect it. I was just not ready
