Analysis of Women of tomrrow
Tsebo chokoe 1998 (Rustenburg)
Named by one mother but raised by a million , we are all grateful for the way you raised us while we were children. I'm grateful for the good nights and walking in slippers. It's 2020 I'm disappointed in some of you gents -your slipping. Life went from the countless I love you to the I'll kill you .
Killing a life just to gain yours, I see pain in their
eyes I just wish you could open up more . Women don't owe you anything until she decides she's committed it will only be until a wedding a ring, I hear all the angels sing I remember all the women names A up to Z
How do you get your hands on her and still survive in your sleep , one of these days a women is gonna tell us that she can't breathe.
You say you have eyes but your hearts blind to see
I guess I thought crime was the niche but now I know when I go to bed knowing rape is the biggest thief , How many women's names need to appear on the screen for you boys to tell me she belongs to the streets.
I don't know everyone's story but mom always taught me 'You hit a women you strike a rock"
Their voices are powerful than rnb is to pop
I see more flowers at coffins than the once I see
passed around often.
(Pause)
Let me make sense ,
Your jealous of their strength
Encouragement is her favourite scent
Her worth means more than these racks but you treat it like cents , do you remember all the time she spent looking beautiful but you layed your hands and beat her till her death ,man I wish you'd repent. I mean why do we have to torture God's daughters when they've always had the courage and the way we've been brought up . I hope one day my daughter doesn't have to live with this , I hope there's still more lives to save than take
But I can't be silent and let her wait
I still have so many sisters to meet
many who continue to inspire my dreams before I reach.
Their futures bright when you treat them right don't claim her as a trophy just because of one night .
Hurt a women and know that God will count their tears
How many more years tell we get rape and violence out of here,
A women doesn't need to demand love if respect isn't near.
Why damage a soft spirit ?
All she wanted was to give a warm hug but your intentions were cold.
Why count the chains on your chest if you can't treat them as gold , Will I be killed for stuff that I wrote ?
Man I decided to be bold
I won't let bitterness, violence , jealousy take control.
I pray everyday that they find comfort in their souls
Your daughter's of God created by divine birth , we shower you with blessings but behind closed doors you feel threatened.
I've learnt from different topics but women are the greatest lesson, my mind weeps at this matter it's -unsettling. I'd rather tell the true than live in regret as if I kept it . Let the topic reside in my mind as a my heart is opened
This matter is not fantasy.
It's deeper than the ocean
They've drowning in the tears
I don't want to page homage only when they disappear
Because through my success and failures they'll always be there
