Analysis of A swim in thoughts
A million thoughts inside my brain
Insecurity, anger,discontent
Fear,anxiety,disappointment.
If I would I would pry it open
and watch the contents fall out and stain my shoes.
I would let them flood the whole world.
My mind is saturated
and I'm careful not to ruminate more,
because if I do it will surely detonate.
I feel the knots, the tangles you cannot untwist.
I feel the tonnes on my shoulders
that no one would find upon themselves to lift from me.
I feel like an ant,
Diminutive and vulnerable to anyone's stumble.
I crumble all these up
And throw them all into a glass bottle that I doubt will hold for long,
I toss it into the deep dark ocean.
