Analysis of The Sons of Saturn

Au, the Sons of Saturn,
looking back down at me
inauspicious lots, calling--beckoning,
What fierce winds guide these deities
to look back down at me,
and keep swaying their incarnation words
which carry away like white, raven doves
upon Satan's face?
