Analysis of The Perils of Globalization

Globalization.
Euro-American forces.
Hegemonic.
The control of resources.
Economic adventures.

Globalization.
A political world view.
Euro-Western states.
Of which NATO is a part.
Advantage — America.

Globalization.
Linguistic hegemony.
Expands all the globe.
With English as World Language.
And dollar as currency.

Globalization.
This is how it is measured.
Oil as the standard.
Dollar as weight of measure.
The frequency of exchange.

Globalization.
Economic exercise.
International business.
Dollar as the capital.
For international trade.

Globalization.
International fiefdom.
A way of trading.
Subsidizing the wealthy.
Markets closed to poor nations.

Globalization.
Developing nations ask:
“Where is equity.
Without having free access.
To equitable sharing?”

Globalization.
Equity needs to be sought.
Rule of the World Bank.
Has to be influential.
To guarantee equity.

Globalization.
The poor are vulnerable.
Without equity.
That is our present challenge.
For our civilization.

Globalization.
New challenges required.
Expressed by ethics.
Humanely persuasive.
That invoke new paradigms.

Globalization.
Raising social consciousness.
To effect changes.
That will benefit all people.
Not only wealthy nations.

Globalization.
Requires new world order.
With this assessment:
“End colonial mindset.
Cancerous to poor nations!”

About this poem

The hegemony of powerful nations is maintained and enforced globally by military and economic forces and operations supported traditionally by the associated strategic exercise of religious and cultural domination in such a manner that non-Western countries in particular become under siege by colonization-type of financial marketing practices augmented by mass media telemarketing, and even, in some cases, with theological propaganda pitting “Chosen” nations against those depicted as bastardized. A new paradigm of social, cultural, economic, and religious equity for all sovereign nations is urgently required and demanded.
