Analysis of Christmas Hospitality - No. 2
Melita Catalina Warren 1949 (Kansas)
This Christmas we welcome friends,
Gathering in the vale.
When we attend Christmas Eve worship,
Our joy nothing can curtail.
Celestial chorus merrily descends,
In a mellow candlelight tale.
We pause amidst holiday frenzy,
To attend to each detail.
Our prayers toward heaven we send.
We minister without fail.
Happy greetings to friends
Sail through holiday mail.
Around each distant rural bend,
Disciples blaze a new trail.
We reflect on God's unmitigated love,
Believing the good will prevail.
We experience a love without end.
Our newborn Savior we hail!
