Analysis of Open End
Might there be, after this, yet another we,
will we ever meet again, will we last?
My heart, it feels robbed, too empty to be,
and our goodbyes, you really went too fast!
What’s left of you, it belongs to the past,
I’ll leave it, but not the one you were,
̶ the full color you, your smile, your hair̶
I take with me, sweet thoughts that still remain
of your youth, the joyful eyes, when life was fair,
bringing you back, making us meet again.
