Analysis of The Levels Of Consciousness - the Supture

As once was said by Rene Descartes - “I think, therefore I exist!” I agree. We are the particles of the thinking Universe, even more, everything in-universe has its consciousness. Consciousness is the quality of matter, the same as mass and energy. It directs and speeds out all forms of evolution. It tries to reach self-realization through the awareness of its elements-particles-participants.

There is a matter, a plant, and an animal consciousness. Carriers of thought in an animal’s body are the proteins, called neuropeptides. I want to suggest, that any flux of chemicals, any flow of molecules, and even electric charge or discharge has some capacity of it, of course, on its particular dissimilar level. Intelligence doesn’t always support itself with the brain and there are the bewildering cases of a blind search, - a sponge, a jellyfish, a coral, and so forth. There are the particle, the cell, and the collective consciousness.

It is the usual human arrogance to suggest, that intelligence exists only within an animal’s brain and only within the privileged language of ours. The billions of cells in our body live their lives, feed themselves, protect themselves and constantly throw away the garbage. They have centralized oxygen and food supply; the food reaches all clients in time and when they are ready. Each cell recognizes what belongs to her and what to somebody else. The cells don’t steal. They aren’t religious and aren’t jealous.

Yet, the universe is swarming with life. There are invasions of viruses, germs, and parasites so our cells are ready to help each other in the never-ending battle for survival. With some of the strangers, they even make up the peaceful pacts - the symbiosis and use their help for the food digestion and the mutual defense against other outsiders.

Nature tests everything. And, one of the most fascinating things is the group consciousness, - a collaboration of independent beings. For an illustration, I want to start with the swarms of insects, - ants, bees, and termites. We are witnessing here the birth of a super creature – a “SUPTURE” – SUPer creaTURE.
If you, for example, would misplace one or a few ants in your yard, they would teem around without any goals. But if their amount reaches some critical mass, they would start to build something worthy of attention, - sort of an architectural wonder, with its logical entrances, exits, and ventilation infrastructure. Who keeps an eye on the whole project, keeps details in mind, and directs each insect's effort? No one separate ant could possibly know this information and to be this coordinator. The super creature, - the supture was born.

Also, if you would release a few locusts in the desert, they would probably all die from hypothermic exhaustion. But if their amount reaches some critical mass, their swarm would travel directly to the nearby oasis. The supture knows the way. How? On its level of chief consciousness, the supture is the direct cell of Noosphere. The Earth is, actually, alive, and is the super creature of super creatures. Vernadskiy call this phenomenon the “Noosphere” – which has meaning - the alive surface of the Earth. I think we may call it also “the supture of suptures” or if you prefer - the super creature of super creatures.
I want to support this idea with some details. When the savanna doesn’t have enough grass to feed the whole herd, we may witness the suicidal raids of antelopes. Each animal by itself wants to live, but as a part of a supture its own life isn’t that important as the survival of the group. Because of a similar reason, when the ocean doesn’t have enough plankton to feed its residents, we may observe the suicidal whales covering seashores.
And each time when our Earth is overpopulated and couldn’t support all its human inhabitants, we could see here and there the acts of genocide. The suptures are also responsible for the “phenomenon of the years of war,” - when the mothers (for the number of years before future unpleasant events) give birth more often to the boys than to the girls.

Another disturbing thing is the birth of a monster. It happens when the tribal consciousness resonates with the myth. It brings a lot of poison and garbage into the subconsciousness and also a lot of blood. And after the strike of a meteorite, some three hundred million years ago, the birth of Christianity, Islam, and other monotheistic religions was the saddest thing that ever happened to Earth.
Why am I so harsh on them?
Because, when the supture resonates with the myth, it has its own age of madness. It is something from 1200 till 1700 years. In that age, Christianity unleashed its crusaders and then for several centuries fed the world with its inquisition. Open your eyes. Turn on the TV. Look at the news. Its brother Islam, right now, is in his age of crusaders, and what should we expect from it when it reaches its age of inquisition?

Still, we are the trial particles of the thinking Universe, and it tries to reach self-realization through the awareness of its participants.
But if our Earth is alive, and we behave here like its cancer, like its ecological catastrophe, - how long She would be tolerable? Trust me on this, - She could finish up with us in a split second. I believe, the Earth could surprise us any moment with the slightest modification of some already existing virus. So, why is She so patient, so tranquil and sufferable? – She is our mother and She waits for our awakening.
It's not all. We have an evolutionary obligation to Mother Earth.
Our Sun would turn into the Red dwarf in the next billion years and evaporate Earth. The only thing which could save the Earth is the birth of a new wave of physics and technology to create a shield around the Earth.
It could be achieved with an abundance mentality by the representatives of the USA, Britain, EU, India, Japan, China, Saudi Arabia, Izrael?

Love to all,
Leo

Leonid Rozumenko

Someone in your domain asks me to send a letter about myself. My pleasure - favorite topic. Who am I? Can’t keep a secret - athletic, open-minded, and generous, with a wide scope, love for women, good company. With love for science and to write something everlasting, which isn’t computer programming anymore. I was born in gorgeous Kyiv (Ukraine) more than 35 years ago, lived in the USA for longer than 4 years and my language is still in progress. My poetry is also a colorful picture of the unseeing battle between “yours truly” and English grammar. My Ukrainian or Russian accent has two unreliable reasons – it’s “for fun” and “hard to get rid of”. The meaning of my last name “Rozumenko” in Ukrainian is very close to “jaba-jaba a dada” in “Crocodile Dundee II”. I have several other weaknesses but I introduce them only to my closest friends. Yours truly, Leo Rozumenko more…
