Doreene Felder 1967 (Phila.)

Put your thoughts
At the beginning of the day
It helps your mindset
And keeps you through the day
It helps you think of
Who's in control of your day
It personalize
Each second of the day
It makes you feast on
The tastes of your way
It motivates you
When you know not what to say
It opens up a door
You may not even see
You began to wonder
Is this really for me
In the unknown times
Of perserverence
There's always
A sudden impact
Called the great interference
Hold on don't exit this day
God is in control of your every way.
