Analysis of Sorry

Liz Rodgers 2003 (Minnesota)

I probably will not be able to see you or apologize to you
But I want you to know that I care about you
I will never be able to tell you exactly how or what I feel
I could never show you
Maybe it is stupid but I hurt because of it
Maybe it is not right for me to think this way
But I have been missing you
I know you do not exactly feel the same way about me
Maybe I am not good enough for you
But even though this may be true I just wanted to let you know that I will wait
Even if in the end it is all pointless
You are the one that stole my heart
And it seems like you are not gonna give it back
So until the day you do I will wait for you
