Analysis of Unquestionable

Our world has become too unfair
Where nothing can be known for sure;
Even the word of an innocent needs
To be tested before being judged poor.

Once humans have accepted themselves
As wiser than their Creator.

Humanity has become just a mockery,
Following the will of a usurper.

Greed as a sickness
Has become the reward
Earned by the foolish.

In the gathering of wealth,
Power and resources,
Such idiots take bliss.

Humans then were simply divided
For convenience,
Between the white and the black;
And colonised by Europeans.

In a bid to make
Their own heaven on earth.
Even religion, decency and humanity
Have become ideals,
Misused too complacently.

Truth and love became empty words,
Their meanings distorted;
And used dishonestly.

Thus words and their power
Suddenly become prey;
To abuse and rank corruption.

By those who,
Dangerous in their ignorance;
Twist morals out of all recognition.

Selfishness and living in small groups,
To the exclusion of others has become;
The norm.

Innocents cast out from their customary lives,
Like worthless sheaves of corn.

Hitler’s humanity was questionable
When he tried to establish his own race,
As a superpower;
Through the massacre of millions of Jews
From the earth’s face.

Gandhi’s war was unquestionable,
His struggle to free India from Britain.
Although they did the same,
Still forgiven for the humane gains.

Unquestioned humanity
Should not harm another;
Or ruin any life;

Yet truth cannot be unquestioned,
If it can be falsely twisted
To be a lie.

Enhancing one’s own sense of worth
By hurting another is unnatural.

You are the only fool;
If you accept such behaviour
As natural.

The unquestioned rights
Of each living thing,
Are gifts from God;

And no one but Him
Has the right,
To treat us
As unwanted dogs.

About this poem

No humane act or word is spared from being misused by evil people, when greed and undue benefits are obtainable from another. None’s word or promise shall be believed until the in-depth consideration is fully concluded to all the related aspects.
