I won my first award for poetry at age 7, when my elementary school presented me a certificate at a special assembly in the auditorium. And they didn't warn me beforehand! Since the age of 16, I have been studying and listening intensively to the music of J.S. Bach. He has been the leading source of inspiration in both my musical and literary activities; however, as he himself wrote at the end of some of his greatest scores, 'Soli Dei Gloria' (to God alone the glory.) -Anne M P
