Matthew Bridgham attends the University of Indianapolis as a senior music major with concentrations in piano performance and composition. As a performer, Bridgham has been featured on local radio (WICR) as a soloist and collaborator in both the classical and jazz realms. He has been a division winner for the IMTA competition for four consecutive years, the “Alternate” for the 2009 MTNA Indiana State Competition, and the winner of the 2011 MTNA Indiana State Competition. As a composer, he has received coaching from many respected composers including Kevin Beavers, Joan Tower, and Libby Larsen. His works are self-published and self-distributed.
