About My Poem

Falling-star
Can you picture him sitting by a heavenly sea,
Robes snow white and hands gentle as can be,
Sketching His plan to make stars, planets, you and me.

Falling-star
Fleeting through the skies never to tire like daggers made of fire,
Clashing and colliding like thunder casting mountains assunder,
War pours out from heaven on man the damage times seven.

Melancholy rhythms of music melodiously mesh in my mind,
While my heart feels ache for reasons it can’t explain to me,
Every where I look I feel I am staring and yet somehow blind,

Did I not say that He would do this, was it not obvious?

Falling-star
In pieces we gather the shards of a broken heart, like a stain glass window decimated upon the ground where it shattered. Light still twinkles with life in each particle as the sun pours over the ruin. We gather the love turned to hurt cast down from grace and wonder how it came to this? And wonder if God or life or miracles could ever undo the damage in the torn breast of our soul!

"oh God help my broken life to make it through the day, how can this ever be healed". But somehow hope is irrepressible and though but a flicker remains it is all one can discern in the mirky darkness that the future holds. "God! I don't know what tomorrow holds, but I know You hold tomorrow". Sleep takes us and a tear dampened pillow embraces our mind and allows us to know no more for a spell.

To die is it? Then why and how does death find us?
Perhaps... I venture a guess only, perhaps...in matters unseen either quite by accident or of vague intention,
We step into the fullness of life's secrets for this world and so perish for the lack of the lack of knowledge?

Odus! Awake from your wretched slumber you foul spirit of hate!
I have a charge you will act upon with out delay or excuse,
There is one entering the world of men within the hour of this date,

His light hard as iron and heart black as night;

Beloved Angelo have you heard the rumours this day?
Seth our precious brother is siding with the fray!
Treason is in the air and traitors multiply by the hour!
