As the weather begins to break, I am now more focused on things that will prepare me for the world at large. My case in point? Staying strongly focused on my majors, so that I can make a big difference in the workforce. With the year coming to a close I am prioritizing my my choices for summer jobs, and keeping my grades up to parr. I can only hope, that I reach my ultimate goal in the future.By this I mean earning the necessary recognition for being transferred to the University of my choice. Then eventually, graduate from college with a bachelor's degree in english or game design, as well as being an extinguished honor student. Although that's several years away, my dream career is just beyond the point of college. All I have to do is work my way through school to get there, and hope I get hired for it. At my age, it feels like a lifetime to have gone from Kintergarden all the way through high school. It could just be a phase in life that just about everyone goes through. For me to face years of college now,is just very tidious. However, I'm sure it will all pay off in the end. A degree is like the golden ticket to job opportunities as opposed to a high school diploma. A bigger and more profound world awaits people like me who work endlessly to achieve the higheer quality careers that this world has to offer. At this point in my life, I am completely autnomous when it comes to my assignments. In other words, my teachers could care less about what I submit and don't. I feel the sheer weight of bigger responsibility barring down on me. Making friends have now become less of a priority in my life, since I started college. I have matured as a person, and thus became more focused. The thing I like about my college demographics is that there are many different faces with different backgrounds. It's the perfect enviornment to meet new people and learn from them, Essentially, college is like my home away from home, because I'm able to study and relax on my own time. I can get more things done with less distractions. I am really used to it because it is my place of zin.
My first year of college has concluded. The year has had it's ups and downs, but I have once again succeeded. Even though I didn't make the grades I hoped in second semester, my hard work payed off. So with that said, I'll just tae the good with the bad, and move on. As the summer gears up, I am in a conscience state to ponder on the future of my education. My journey to my true calling has just begun.Education is the key, and my future career is the door. Ever since I learned my first steps as a baby I needed to know more. I colllege was the moment I spent waiting 18 years for. I am the judge of my own life,so I put education first.I have no intentions of going to Yale or Harvard, but I am well on my way to going farther than the average high school graduate.
