I reside in Richmond, VA with my wonderful husband and five cats. I started writing music at five; short stories at 13; became serious about poetry at 15; continued in college. I've had poems published by The National Library of Poetry and two poems chosen for audio cassette. In summer of 1998 the ISP made me a Distinguished Member. I love writing jags. I legally changed my first and second names. I just never liked them. I admire Nicholas and Alexandra—their devotion to each other and their children, so I named myself Alexandra, then Mars after a special cat. |
