Life

Day by day and year by year,
Whether you're rich or poor,
Your body ages, slowly but surely;
It is only natural.
The vigorous youth,
You've enjoyed not too long ago,
Will never be regained, now or ever,
It is only natural.
Time goes on incessantly,
And your body continues to age;
Until one day you do not age anymore.
It is only natural.

Responsibility

When you decide to marry and raise a family,
You'll soon be blessed with beautiful children;
For whom you'll, of course, provide your utmost.
It's your responsibility.
The children grow up fast and need your guidance,
To refrain them from wandering into the wrong path,
And to steer them on to the right tract.
It's your responsibility.
A good education is a must for them,
And, perhaps, a little capital to start life with,
To be able to recycle on their own.
It's your responsibility.
Right spouses do not always come along naturally,
As you have exprerienced when you began,
Parental advice on their choices may be helpful.
It's your responsibility.

An Angel On Earth

Human beings are the most intelligent of all creatures;
They raise their families well and keep themselves fully fed.
While the man works hard, the woman looks after the family.
She's an angel on the face of the earth.
Not only does she keep her man completely comfortable,
She also helps bring up the children to be upright citizens.
It is the woman who makes the house into a cozy home.
She's an angel on the face of the earth.
To keep her man totally committed to the family,
She makes herself attractive and desirable at all times;
As she beautifies with physical and sensible consumption.
She's an angel on the face of the earth.
Termed the weaker sex, woman appear to outlive the men.
The man may perform his part with excellence,
It is the woman, who, as a mother, excels the partner.
She's an angel on the face of the earth.
The women also outnumber the men,
Perhaps, the intention is to keep the population growing.
Nevertheless, it is the wonder woman who matters most.
She's an angel on the face of the earth.
