Tina has been a single mother of two boys; Jason, 19, and Brad, 16, since 1985 when they moved from the Detroit area to California. She is currently working in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in the technical field and has started her own business in homemade and resale jewelry and bath products. Her first poem, "My Little One," was inspired by her 2nd, then infant son, Brad. She enjoys all of the arts, and says "Dreams do not come easy, but come to those who believe." |
My Little OneI hold you tight, my little oneAs you rock off to sleep, And dream of things yet still unknown, But yours alone to keep A peaceful place not far away,

Cosmic TapestryShall I live but one lifeOne main purpose encompassing all, Or shall I live many lives Mostly short, colorful, and bittersweet Until they all blend into one cosmic tapestry Bound by one single thread
As two colors become one

TranquilityCome ride with me on a cool gentle breezeIn the beckoning moonlight While mortals are asleep And spirits roam free Together we will soar the vast unknown Covered by a blanket of tranquility |
I AmI travel the vast complexity of the human mindLive and breathe in man's heart and soul I am the ancient one Water, Fire, Earth and Air I am the mountain, I am the wind
I am change, I am transition
