My name is Terrie Jones, my nick name is Ziggy. My parents are Albert R. Jones and Winnie R. Jones. I was born in Tyler, Texas and have lived in the east Texas area all my life. I have been blessed with one child, his name is Casey J. Coomer. I graduated from Lindale High School in 1982, attended college at Tyler Junior College and still do in my spare time to get an Associates degree in Commercial Art-Graphic Arts. To me writing is an inspiration from God.

Puppet Master

Puppet master, I need no strings to hold me
firmly in place.
Instead I choose to face those fears and
take a step towards grace
With my hands held but, like a child I
will reach.
For knowledge and discernment, the Master
He will teach
I will hold my head up high, I will look
into the light.
For those strings, they held my interest
and kept me from what was right
I will leave you now puppet master,
you can't hold me in this place.
