I was once studying to be a priest writing poetry was and still is my calling instead. My life is my covenant with hope. A hope often tested and tried yet still found true. I like to say: A winner is a loser who keeps on trying, fellow, try again. who knows? The next again could be a ...gain! I treasure each today as a unique gift I like people I like music. I like dancing. I like to be quiet sometimes. Let me say: Whether or not you're in you're welcome for love would love to have you along.

Live Me

I am life. live me....
Into a path, a song, a song with....
A hum, an echo, a tune, mood of melody,
Melody of moon, deep, inviting,
Velvet, enticing, gold, soft, flowing.....
Engraving moments from quietness.
Let me go, let me go
Further than your furthest wish
Or try commands silently
Or your heart's wanderings...slowly.
Rest your thoughts...peace
We will waltz at midnight impromptu
With shadows uninvited and delay the dawn
My pulse upon your pace...unhidden
I shall return...I shall
And find some time, sometime after
The last hour of the last day of
Your last wandering... on a shore
Lost yet, not to us
Almost elusive it will beguile us,
Mood of melody...melody of moon,
Enthralling!
I shall recline...confident,
My brow lazy on your lap, relaxing into
A path...the waves will strum
Suavely...into a song, a song with
A hum, an echo, a tune....
Deep, velvet gold inviting,
Enticing, soft, flowing...
Engraving moments from quietness.
Let me go.
I will always return. I will
Basking gently in the harvest
Of your smile, the crown
Of your company
Where your welcome beckons me
Uncoyly, as the shore beckons waves
Quietly....returning, returning...
As I will, as I will loyal to you.
You may be lonely.....yet
You are not alone.....wander with me
Gently...with me...again....again
Once more.
Leave a door open......where
I can walk in on a dusty noon or
A forgotten dusk....where
My palm can always reach for yours...
Quietly....returning.
I am life. live me.
