Heavenly FatherYou are so powerful and you love unconditionallythat you guide us with your hand and lend us not into temptation which help us to be strong mentally. Life becomes distracted, sometimes... we forget why we are here to do the simple things of your plan to love, to care, to work hard each day And to spread your word through prayer that wen we look into the mirror the reflection reflects a child of God. |
Oklahoma CityAstonished by the act todayof careless, reckless souls Destroying families ties in a minute of not knowing why. Across the land the news was heard of the bombs in Oklahoma City How could this be? We ask ourselves in the land we call the free. The nation in frustration, poured out their generosity Through their love and prayers, and all the volunteers came forth without hesitation. Together we stand against the impurities of man to protect the innocence of our land. For with God’s protective arms it will shield us from the storms, of the creatures who crawl with an evil scorn. |
Vision of TomorrowHe walks on three legs, and has the vision of tomorrow A solitude no other man can experience. Knowing of what will be, and the desire to change what is Softly spoken, and those who believe listens. To his crystal ball, and his healing power through his hand shake For a pain which swells within his mind. Foreseeing a vision of one he just met To prepare the unexplored, and turnabout the changes. Listen if you may, for his powers are great For he has stepped beyond a line where few experience, And his vision of tomorrow is a tremendous gift indeed, But it is a lonely place to be. |
