Rose M. Padilla

Rose was born on July 20, 1928 in Michigan to Joe and Marie Kreskoff. On August 4, 1947, she married John D. Padilla. They have 7 girls and 2 boys. She attended Uintah High and Colorado State College. She is a retired computer operator with memberships in the American Orchid Society and Phi Theta Kappa. Rose has published poems in local newspapers and is a freelance writer. She says, "Writing poetry helps me organize scattered bits of thought into one melodious unit to be enjoyed later."
