I enjoy writing about life and the beauty of it.

To Ann Freyenbergerber My Favorite Nurse

She is strong but gentle willed
and she genuinely cares.
She "puts up" with a lot of fuss
but let's them know she is there
for them.
She has the patience required and
takes the time to help her
patients learn to help themselves.
She has a soft hand when needed,
and a hard hand as well.
She is the kind of nurse that
sometime I hope to be.
She is a nurse who has made
a difference in many lives
you see
She gives of herself
unconditionally day in and day out.
That is what nursing is all about.

Bugs Bunny

Many years of laughs
and fun. His "Golden years"
are never done.

He hops around and
fools old Elmer.
He is quite the amazing
overwhelmer.

His "What's Up Doc?"
is very funny.
Bugs will always
be the world's
favorite bunny.

The Ocean

The sun is shining down on its
blue-green body, reflecting
ever so brilliant over miles.

It shivers ... rises and rolls to shore
only to disappear in the sand.

Leaving its many treasures form
its great depths to be found and admired

The sounds it makes are very
relaxing and gentle to the soul.

It remains in the mind's eye
And heart as a great beauty forever.
