Patricia has been writing poetry since her early teens. She is a landscape architect who works with commercial and residential clients.Patricia has been published by the American Poetry Association and the National Library of Poetry. She is a lifetime member of the International Society of Poets.She has recently completed a series of interpretive poems on attributes of God as well as an epic poem entitled America. She has received eight merit awards from the National Library of Poetry and has been included in fifteen sound of poetry tapes. Many of her poems describe aspects of beauty that she finds within the environment, while others are about values feelings held dear.Patricia (Trish as she is called) loves to convey in words the things that are most often just felt. Look Mom! I Ate EveryoneVeggies! and Veggies.To eat right up! Asparagus, cauliflower. Oh! What Yuck! Green ones and yellow ones... Oh! My, My! I think now I surely will die... Acorn, summer squash... Green beans and peas Red beets and Brussel sprouts Oh please...Please, not me! No more veggies! I can't eat a one. Not a green salad! Look! You're giving me one. Tomatoes, toe-maa-toes... Green leaves galore Lettuce on heads...Mother! You're giving me more! A radish, a carrot, a sliver of beets... Potatoes, Po-tot-toes... Try one...
