The Continuum

Yesterday begat Today,
Today begets tomorrow.

Spring, sprouting
Summer, blooming
Fall, fading
Winter, dying.

Ressurection awaits,
another spring ...

Time and Life
continues.

Wisdom

I cannot declare
I've found you
Nor say,
I've entered your gate,

But this I know,
I rely not on the experience of the past
to solve the problems of the present.

But rather,
I look for uniqueness in every situation,
and seek to understand it,
and remain open to your instruction.
For Faith is not without knowledge,
And Wisdom is not without understanding.

Today

In our haste for Tomorrow
We forget the lessons of the past,
So we repeat the mistakes
of yesterday.

In our foolishness,
We ignore the warning of the Past,
so the future creeps in
with a stamp of chaotic reality.

In our indolence,
We neglect the duties of Today,
So tomorrow comes
to find us unprepared.

In our peevishness,
We strain for Tomorrow.
so Today ebbs with a soft cry
of dissatisfaction.

Be wise!
Learn from the past,
Fulfill the needs of today,
And hope for tomorrow.
