Noel Fabri

Noel has been writing poetry since 1986. He has just published his first book of poetry in Maltese called "Wesghat Bla Tarf" which means "Open Spaces". He has won various awards including the Editor's Award of the International Library of Poetry. He is a member of many literary associations. His favorite saying is, "If I did not believe that God is Master of Time, I would say that Time is God."
