Bridgend, UK

I am a housewife, mother and grandmother, my children are Simon and Caroline. My grandchildren are Joshua and Lauren. I was born in Porthcawl South Wales, on November 25th 1942. I was educated at St. Clares Convent Porthcawl. I have been married to Roy for thirty-five years and am aptly qualified in the university of life. I have recently been accepted by the International Society of Poets. I love all animals especially British bull dogs, have had five and now have just two, Annie, who is two and a half, and Bruce who's nearly a year old, they are very special dogs. I enclosed a poem about my dog Beau who died last year. Poetry is a way of expressing myself, and I hope it will give pleasure to those that read it.

Beau The Bulldog

Big bumble Beau, your heart has left it's toll.
Your nature was magic, now death in it's tragic,
has taken our big bumble Beau.
Your eyes in their splendour, so gentle and tender,
could only bestow love, from big bumble Beau.
We miss you so madly, but remember although
sadly our big bumble Beau.
