Faithful Friends The angels circled 'round me I heard with listening ear. "My child we long to serve you Please ask us what you will." I felt the sunrise in my soul Just like at break of day. My mind felt thoughts of gratitude My heart too full to say! So I just thanked them one by one For being faithful friends. They bowed with graciousness and said, "We're with you 'til the end. Never hesitate to call If ever you have need. Know that we'll protect you Wherever you may be. It is our joy to serve you, To fan the flames of love, Until you blossom like a rose And spread your wings above." |
The Ascension On wings of love and wisdom, Christ met us in the air, He gave the love that understands. He took away our cares. He touched our eyes that we might see with a light that never fails, He caused our spirit to be free And our body to be healed. On wings of love and wisdom We lifted through the veil. The fear of sin and death are gone In God awareness here. Separation is no more. We saw it all unfold. A land of radiant beauty Where no one need grow old. Life and death merged into now And time just ceased to be. The angels bow before us As we step into eternity. |
