Luben G. Angeloff was born in Kosevci, Omortag, Bulgaria in 1925. He is single. Education: B.A. in Economics, University of Sofia, Sofia, Bulgaria in 1953, M.Sc. in Experimental Surgery, McGill University, Montreal, Canada in 1972. Occupation: Research on cancer, AIDS, genetics, nuclear medicine, writer, actor. Memberships: International AIDS Society, New York Academy of Sciences, International Society of Poets(Distinguished, Lifetime member), Ambassador, International Musicians, ASCAP. honors: eight golden poet awards, four golden poet medalius, one diamond Homer trophy, 17 Honorable Mentions. Books: Global-Universal Academy of Sciences, Arts and Poetry in 1996.

Three Major Contaminations 

The second contamination in my body 
Is music Since nobody wants to see 
The results of my cancer research, 
I start to write music, to play and sing, 
With the hope at least one person 
Will hear the melody of my music. 
But the melody of my music also remains 
in the desert. 

The third contamination in my body 
Is poetry. Since nobody wants to see 
The results of my cancer research and 
Nobody listens to the melody of my music, 
I start to write poetry, because in the 
Poetical language with in its ambiguities, 
Everyone can see himself or herself 
As in a mirror by reflection.

Power 

Flower is 
The flower is 
Beauty. From seeds it grows 
During given seasons 
Blooming, giving seeds 
and dies. 

Powder is... 
The powder is 
A dust, which, at given 
Conditions appears. 
And with the appearance 
Of the wind disappears.
